Melodie Bourdy on the 16th green during round 2 of the Open de Espana

Yet another exciting day at the Open de Espana Feminino at La Quinta Golf near Marbella, Spain.

The story of the day is of course Tania Elosegui, who shot a 65 and is now well in the lead at -11 after round 2.  Beth Allen continued to impress, moving to -7.  And yesterday’s leader, Becky Brewerton, managed to stay at -5 after a difficult front 9 at La Quinta.

We’ve uploaded 40 or so photos from round 2 in our extensive gallery.  We’ll have more again tomorrow, before heading back to HQ to prepare for next week’s LET Access Series event in Dinard as well as the Solheim Cup.
